Describe the Issue:<br />Hello! Ladies and gentlemen, the Russian translation does not work. If I understand it right, the problem is in game’s default font. Is it ttf? Multilingual? Can player use another fonts? Is there any ini files?

How to reproduce:<br />Choose Russian (Ru) in the Launcher as game's language

How is it supposed to work:<br />Then font supports symbols in another encoding, i.e. Win1251 etc, you should see the text correctly. For example, сейчас Вы должны были бы видеть русский текст. Instead of Russian text, except digits and dots I see spaces. I don’t know if using UTF-8 can fix it.
