Dear GM, At around 09:53 Beijing Time on October 23, 2026 (01:53 Netherlands time, CEST daylight saving), there was a power failure in my neighborhood. This disconnected my character while I was fighting regular mobs in Blasted Lands. A few minutes later, my friend from our chat group sent me a screenshot showing that I was killed by Teremus the Devourer, as shown in the video. I was not in a party and was not AFK at that moment. I recorded with OBS. The moment the power cut out was not captured, but the latter part of the video shows the power repair work. I would appreciate it if you could resurrect my character.

If you want this appeal to be taken seriously we need a clear, uncropped video of the death in game. Preferably on youtube or uploaded directly through the appeal.

My character should have remained stationary without performing any attacks until death. I was in a completely safe state before being attacked. Could you please look into my combat log? There was nothing I could do to remedy the situation once the power went out.
