Shaman already has alot totems to manage, please remove totemic recalls gcd. There would be no advatage the shaman would get and it would feel a little quicker after the fight.

It would be a small change, but would to alot for the overall feeling of the class.

And by the way, BGs were not designed to help you level up. When they were launched they provided 0 XP. That a perversion that came later.

If you want to level up, go do quests or dungeons, they seem more your speed.
