Try group queuing with 4 other YS friends. I was still getting instant pops and it reduces the chance of getting filled with xfaction. Assuming you have 4 friends to group with

Y'Sha needs something to differentiate it from the pve server and make it more appealing to new players.

I'll go one step further and say it's a dumb rule for a pvp server. We know what we signed up for and we welcome it.
