Why u can't make transfer, I don't want waste my 4month playing on the server, like other people, who make the same topics on forum.

Transfer PvP to PvE
When will transfers from the dead PvP server to the PvE server become available? Especially considering there won't be cross-faction Battlegrounds, and there are extremely few players or raiding guilds here.
