It is technically possible, but the gear differential would be large, the resource differential larger still, and the rewards would be lopsided with no PvP gear available to hardcore characters.

Resurrection rules sounds ultra-strange. Small amount of players good with current pop, but bad that group of 6 players can literally grind honor in conspiracy to obtain items.
Since pvp and pve realm have xfactions BGs is it technical issue to include HC players there also?

HC have low pop, people are mostly scary to run dungeons and have tons of challenge with which doesnt go to dungs at all (like boar, crafter and vagrant, often all of them), so real pop for dungeons are triple lower. Find group at any lvl even at prime time anywhere except DM and WC can take more ...

Yeah makes sense, I feel indifferent about afk bots tbh. I don't think they are super bad, but I do feel the need to say that we don't allow their usage because I could see it causing multiple operational issues.
