Hello, i had same problem, to fix it just copy "AceGUI-3.0" folder from ..\Interface\AddOns\MissingCrafts\lib to the folder of ..\Interface\AddOns\AI_VoiceOver\1.12\Libs

you can delete or rename the "AceGUI-3.0" folder in AI_VoiceOver before copying the one from MissingCrafts and it fixes the error ...
