Can't create death appeal

[Greg44]

I died from DDOS today arround 4pm.
And i can't create a death appeal on your website

None of your Hardcore characters are eligible for a death appeal. Only fallen characters of at least level 20 that have not yet crossed over to the Normal realm, and that do not already have a death appeal on file, can be appealed.

[Zickz]
