Cannot use group finder

When I try to use group finder, I get the following message:

"[LFT Notice] You need to be a Diplomat to use LFT. Speak with Joseph Dalton in Stormwind to get a [Glyph of Diplomacy] and become a diplomat! You will be able to group and trade with players of an opposite faction."

I am currently already able to group with the opposing faction (have not tested trading), but cannot use the group finder. Clicking on Joseph Dalton does not yield any dialogue options. I have warmode activated.

Strange one, what realm is this on, do you have any challenges active?

Yes I got warmode active and it's on N'Zoth.

Make an in-game ticket please and we can escalate it for a dev to check your character.
