I am a fashionista and I love transmog, I also love xp off.. so I really miss this item.
This item is no longer obtainable as in later patches Turtle removed the rare hydra from the WC entrance that dropped it. It is such a cool item visually. I spent countless hours trying to get it on telabim before realizing it had been removed (I had it on turtle PvE). It's a BiS transmog for lvl 19 mail wearing twinks.
It's also cool to fight the rare hydra in the pools of Carverns of Mists. Consider adding it back, or atleast add runescale girdle to the rare hydra outside in the pools on the surface who still spawns. I'm sure PvE fashionista twinks would be happy too.
