The database shows about a 1.4% drop chance for each Towerforge recipe from Master Blacksmith Rolfen in Lower Karazhan Halls. Is that actually correct? Seems really low — could it be a typo, like 1.4% instead of 14%?
The recipes are bind-on-pickup, so you can’t even buy them from someone else. By the time you finally get one, newer content with better gear might already be out. It’s an interesting set, but getting it feels almost impossible when even the recipes barely drop.
If this rate is intentional, would you consider increasing it?
