I played more than 1 month without this problem and since last night I started having DCs constantly, I made a diagnosis to identify the problem, I would like a contact or email to send logs to the Octo-WoW equipment.
I am experiencing intermittent TCP interruptions and retransmissions specifically when connecting to the destination `185.165.170.6` on TCP port `8091`.
My overall internet connection remains stable, and ping tests to `1.1.1.1` show 0% packet loss. However, during the incidents, the TCP session to `185.165.170.6:8091` showed:
* RTT values between 3.5 and 4 seconds;
* RTO values between 12 and 15 seconds;
* unacknowledged packets;
* TCP retransmissions;
* periods of approximately 24 seconds without receiving any traffic from the destination.
The traceroute/MTR path goes through the AS52320 network and then through AS1299/Twelve99 before reaching Europe.
I kindly request the following:
1. An analysis of the route and peering toward `185.165.170.6`;
2. Verification of packet loss, congestion, or instability affecting TCP traffic on port `8091`;
3. A change of the outbound gateway or routing path, if possible;
4. Removal from CGNAT or the temporary provision of a public IPv4 address for testing purposes;
5. Escalation of this case to the NOC or network engineering team.
I have TCP, ping, traceroute, and MTR logs containing the exact date and time of the incidents, which I can provide for further analysis.
