Troubles getting challanges to pop up when mousing over players, and other setting stuff.

So I've been running into an issue where, when attempting to turn on the "Show Player Challanges" the challanges don't appear on the tool tips. Further more, despite setting auto loot to be off in the launcher, my character is still auto looting without the use of the shift key.


its minor, but some help would be appreciated.
