Hello, first of all, thank you for your hard work in giving us WoW fans a warm home. I really appreciate your efforts.
My account has been banned, and I know the reason. I apologize for my actions. I did not use any cheats or game scripts; because I had to attend a meeting, I used a timed mechanical key press.
I apologize for my behavior and hope you can lift the ban. I really like this account and have invested a lot of time and effort into it.
If I can have the ban lifted, I promise I won’t make this mistake again.
