No reason given for permanent suspension without any prior warning appeal

Without any prior notice my account has been suspended.

I have no idea why my account has been suspended in the first place. Has this even been reviewed by a real person?

Before an entire account is suspended atleast provide a reason, preferably with evidence of alleged violation.

I look forward to hear the reason for the permanent account suspension. Thank you in advance.

We have no automated ban system, all bans are done manually by humans.

We don't issue warnings when banning bots. A GM investigated your accounts for botting, preformed a bot check, and found you to be botting (while also multiboxing, on hardcore, which is not allowed but always results in a warning before any ban is issued).

While reviewing the evidence that I have available to me, I can theoretically see this being a case of multiboxing being mistaken for botting. Because of that we will be lifting the ban pending a review of the evidence that the GM had in regards to this ban.

If upon review of the evidence, we find it sufficient to support a botting ban, the accounts will be re-banned. If you hear nothing in the next 48 hours you can safely assume the accounts will remain unbanned.
