Female troll to Female void/blood elf replacer patch [optional demon hunter horns, tattoos, masks]

Hi guys,
I made a patch that replaces female trolls with female void elf or blood elf + optional horns, masks and tattos (from Legion demon hunter).

Tested only with octowow client. Other 1.12 based clients might work too.
Check your server rules before using on a live realm!

NOTE: if you create a new char with some demon hunter skin the char will most likely look chopped after removing the patch. This is because the patch uses more skin slots than are normally available for that race.
