my account has been baned,but i don't know why,its lv19!

I am very confused. When I logged in today, I received a notification that my account had been frozen. After logging in through the official website, it showed that I had been permanently banned. I don't know what I did to cause this result, as my character is only level 19. Could this be a case of IP blocking due to DDOS defense? Please GM pay attention to this post and reply to me about why I was permanently banned. Thank you.

This is my alt account. Reflecting on the issue, could it be because I logged in at the company yesterday, but when I left, I forgot to close the client, and when I got home and logged in to the game, it showed that I was frozen, and checking on the official site showed I was permanently banned? Could it be because of that?

You were banned for botting. It appears the bot was some sort of anti-afk bot from what I am able to see.

Given the minimal impact of botting like this I have lifted the ban (pending confirmation on the likely bot activity from the reporting/banning GM).

First of all, I think sometimes AFK is unavoidable in game, During a DDoS attack, if we go offline, it can be really hard to log back into the game, which is super frustrating for players who love the game. As for the AFK plugin, I really didn’t know about it the rules ban this. I don't even know what kind of destructive bot function an AFK plugin is. this feature was only a last-resort measure during the DDoS period. and I think AFK won't affect or ruin anyone else's experience, doesn't it? Also, is it a bit too strict to permanently freeze an account just for AFKing without sending a warning email first? I hope we can find a balance in the middle. for all of us who are really love this game.

Yeah makes sense, I feel indifferent about afk bots tbh. I don't think they are super bad, but I do feel the need to say that we don't allow their usage because I could see it causing multiple operational issues.

If it were me acting in the moment I would have probably just kicked you and sent you some mail explaining to not use them anymore.

Oh, well, since we have some anti-afk system, I asked GM, but they answer "no idea, go on forum". I was too lazy for it, but current case really can be my case also.

17:00:00 you are not afk
17:00:01 you are afk
17:00:20 you are not afk
17:00:21 you are afk
And I was not kicked from toon for about 30-40 min (while went to cook). So, it can be consider as anti-afk bot if it's addon and works only on hunters and with summoned pet? Should I remove this side effect or it's fine?

Ehhh it is a bit borderline but if anyone got banned for using this I would lift the ban, just subject to some potential inconvenience if you have to wait for that if a GM see it, but I'll talk to them about using .kick rather than banning for afk bots unless it becomes a re-occurring problem for some.
