Darkmoon Faire bug

Not a single task Tier 5 / not grant reputation —even upon reaching "Neutral 2000 / 3000" status—despite the fact that it is intended to increase reputation up to a value of 11,999.

Please answer me. I have 23 out of 24 reputations at Exalted, but for the Darkmoon Faire, I am currently at Neutral. I’m supposed to be gaining reputation from the "Thorium Device" quest, but I’m not receiving any reputation for that—or for any other Tier 5 quest, for that matter. Is this a bug that you will fix, or what should I do? Am I expected to raise my reputation from Neutral solely by using decks?
