Isnt this list totally missing hit chance?

You get some points from talents, but if you have suggestions for item replacement sure.

Im just asking in general, Im a total noob when it comes to Paladin so far, but I know how crucial Hit is for Warriors and Rogues, even outside of playing DW. So the 3% Hit from the talents alone sounds very low for me, although it somehow makes sense you dont need it thaaat much as consecration is not dependent on Hit, but still Holy/Crusader Strike and your white Hits need Hit Cap or not?
