You may need to be more specific. If you mean in regards to the RMT allegations, we are unable to verify the information provided from our logs. We would need reports like this to happen promptly not a month + after the alleged incident took place. Anytime we receive RMT tips we investigate. Investigations are generally not "ongoing" we try to bucket and close them out best we can. If a ban has not gone out we do not have sufficient evidence to support any RMT claims.
All characters and gear/money is being restored, may take up to 24 hours to complete fully. We will let you know here any new developments in the investigation, or if it stalls out. Do you have a date and/or time window that you know this password change occurred? Specifically the last time you were able to log into your account, and the first time you realized you were locked out and your password was changed.
