Give Hunters like 1% increases damage against whatever they're "tuned into" and tracking.

Or something more impactful and bundle it with a Talent node.

Hunters are well tuned. Please leave them alone. We've been through this so many times on Turtle and they finally got them tuned right on 1.18.

Yea I hated the need to enable tracking to have this increase in damage. The minimap is hard to read when it's full of tracked npcs. They changed this talent on Turtle so it just increases damage with no need to enable tracking, and it's great.
