im playing as a marksman hunter and was trying to max consumes for raids.
I noticed that using Juju Flurry puts my Rapid Fire skill on a 10s cooldown.
If i use Rapid Fire first, Juju Flurry has a 5 min cooldown.
Is this intended or a bug?
