Bug - certain ingame sounds don't play at volume 1

Game doesn't play certain in-game sounds, such as mount noises, raid warnings from addons, trade sounds, "brushy" sound when u craft and such. This only occurs when your game volume is set to 1, higher volumes don't show this issue

To reproduce, set your game volume to 1 like in the comment. Get a mount that make noises, you will notice its silent. Or if you have BigWigs installed, get in a raid group and do a /rw test in chat. You will hear no raid warning.

To fix, set volume to 2 or higher. Like in the comment

Now a bug report read comment; old text:

Hey

when I first installed Octo I basically copied over the turtle files and updated all my addons. Gam ran fine until "25quests" update as that's when I started having issues with the game perma freezing and such. While updating, the launcher had troubles with sound.mpq so I deleted it. The launcher redownloaded, I press play and it works. I lose all my audio related settings and have to re-do it but oh well, works

Now I noticed that I don't hear certain sounds, such as player trade sounds, raid warning sound, Ivory Boar squeaks when u press space, and more. I tried playing around with the settings but it seems something's broken and I'm not sure what.

I tried redownloading the sound.mpq file but I still dont hear the sounds. I know that raid warning is BigWigs, but others can hear it while I can't. The same goes about trade window sounds, such as when u complete a trade. I asked, people told me they hear. But I don't

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Oh ok wow so turns out it might be a client bug. Check this out:

On these settings, the pig doesn't squeal, no raid warnings:

On these settings, the pig squeals and raid warnings can be heard:

Therefore, fixed by bumping up the volume.
Please try to reproduce, reader
