Hardcore Death Appeal – Armure (Level 49 Druid)

Hello
My character Armure, level 49 druid, died on Tuesday 8th September evening, during the DDOS attacks. I was completely unable to escape due to constant disconnects after only a matter of seconds.
I have not been revived for a couple of days - an in-game letter has been sent (I assume by GM's in response to my ticket requesting a revive), but am unable to read it as my character is not alive.
I would appreciate clarity on the situation, and whether a revive is incoming.
