Hi there i created a new account today and was quite excited to install the game and get running however i am just being "Disconnected from Server" anytime i try to log in at the moment, is this maybe related to the Ddos attacks? i see the status of the servers are online and up however i just cannot seem to login, i have verified my account so i don't think that would be the issue, any help would be appreciated as i am a new player eager to get going.
Small update i think an Addon was stopping me from actually logging in however now it is stuck on Logging in to game server, which a whole new issue now

have you had any luck, im having both issues, was able to get logged in this morning, select a server, but never got to the point to make a character. (would never load the sever) now i just keep getting disconnected. made my account yesterday.

Decided to delete the entire game and launcher, when i got into the game my entire PC almost started to "seize" up acting as if a trojan was trying to infect my system, my virus check caught OctoWoW which i did expect however it was way too dodgy even after closing the game down my entire system was freezing up, now i have deleted everything it seems to be fine with no further catches on my antivirus but the second i booted it up the game started running at 12fps... then when i shut the game down my PC started running at 10fps on everything almost acting like a virus/trojan
i'm sure OctoWoW is fine but i do not trust this stuff especially when it's completely freezing up my PC, i wish the devs luck but jesus christ i do now want a heartattack just trying to play WoW.
