Shimmering Flats Rewards

I really like the immersive and community orientated side of turtle wow's additions. But I feel turtle wow lost touch with that slightly towards the end with some of its updates.
At one point in turtle the shimmering flats Speedy Racer Goggles and car key trinkets had no level requirement. Sure it was broken but what it did do was make it so anyone at any level could have a reason to participate and people at low level would race with high levels and it was fun.
Now there is no point and the event its self is seldom requested. However I agree with some kinda level req for goggles. But not the car keys. The car keys work on the turtle mount and are a great reward for any low level who makes the effort to race for them as well as get the mount and it makes going to the race way event when the goblin/gnome gives you the quest in the city at low level worth it. The goggles should have a level req, but make them a lvl 29 epic or 39 blue as the only people going for the goggles (which are super rare) would be bg twinks anyway (like how it used to be).
You also NEED the racer keys to actually speak to the lady at the finish line to hand in her quest before it resets or you need to chug swiftness...
Small things like this actually change the vibe in a deep way as even seeing people participate in races as you level/fly by is cool.
