Ban appeal

I made water for my paladin using my mage, queued for arathi basin on the paladin, and completely forgot about the mage. I left the mage in stormwind and got banned for 5 days while I was playing arathi on the paladin. Please have mercy; don't punish me. I wasn't trying to queue for Arathi with two clients or ruin the game for my faction, I just made the water, and the mage was simply AFK in stormwind while I was trying my hardest on the paladin. I did break the rule, but it was an accident. This happened on Y'Shaarj

Banned for repeatedly scamming people. You previously got a 3 day ban for this, and it is now permanent.

This has been applied to all accounts you own.

I received my first warning for multiboxing while playing both Horde and Alliance. I have a screenshot. I never scammed anyone, nor have I ever received a three-day ban. This is a mistake. I got a five-day ban for that water-related incident I described. My violation was for multiboxing, not scamming

My apologies, I was a bit tired clearing these out and mistook your account for another.

I was able to confirm what happened, it does appear a GM did not fully take stock of the situation and just saw two players logged in while one was in a BG.

The ban has been lifted and your account credited with 200 OctoTokens as compensation. I will update the team with this situation so this can be avoided in the future.

Thanks a lot! I do still have one problem, though, for some reason, I can't log into the game with either my Paladin or Mage account, even though there's no ban. I tried logging in with a completely different account, and that worked fine.

Looks like the reversal had an issue at first but you've been able to get in since it was fixed, do let me know if any other issues arise!
