Hello i would like to ask why am i got banned? both my accounts, yesterday i was playing fine today now i just cant log in.

This is my other account this also got banned and i dont know why

You were banned while we did an investigation into how you were alive after your hardcore death appeal was approved, then retro-actively rejected.

Your death appeal reversal did not stick as we missed some tables in our update to revoke the appeal's approval. This resulted in your character showing as dead in one of our tables, but alive in the rest and still able to play the game as normal.

We did not find enough concrete evidence to support intention, although we do see that you did a name change shortly after this and re-claimed the name on a new level 1 character.

You have been unbanned now that the investigation is complete.
