can't connect

Every time I log out, it takes me hours to log back in. "Connecting...Disconnected". What's going on?

after yesterdays outage, I am also having difficulties connecting, even tho servers are up and website shows people online, all am I getting is "disconnected". Sad because just yesterday started to play on this server
