"Recipe: Deep Sea Stew" is a recipe that in twow was introduced with Moonwhisper Coast and it drops the same way "Recipe: Squid Eel Skewer" aka from a "Mithril Bound Trunk" fished from a wreckage pool in the zone. I personally do not see why it is not available unless it would come along Timbermaw Hold even though it has no connection to it as the required materials for the recipe are: Raw Sunscale Salmon, Plated Armorfish, Soothing Spices (2).
