Error when trying to log in

Hi, I need some help. I can't get into the game; it shows me as connected for a long time until it eventually drops the connection with a "server disconnected" error. However, my friends are currently playing without issues. This has happened both today and yesterday—I've tried using a VPN, restarting my computer, and attempting to log in normally multiple times, but nothing works; no matter how long I wait, I still can't get in. My character's name is "pemchomcho." I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

Same issue. Get to "authenticating" then nothing until "disconnected from server"
I'm not sure if it's an issue on my end or theirs; but there seems to be a trend of people randomly connecting and then not connecting; and the people running the server don't often seem to communicate with people having these connection issues. It seems to be something about the routing of the information, but honestly it's all techno-magic to me so I can't really say anything else on the subject.
