Request for Character Restoration – Ekye (Paladin)

Dear Octo Support Team,
On October 12, 2026, at approximately 9:27 p.m. CET, I experienced severe lag and a frozen screen lasting around 10 seconds while playing in the northern part of Darkshore.
Unfortunately, during this issue, my character Ekye, a Paladin, died. The character is on account simonm29 and was just one bar away from reaching level 20.
I would be very grateful if you could look into this incident and consider helping me restore my character or otherwise resolve the situation.
