I'd like to ask a question about mechanics in Octo around haste and specifically about affi warlock:
Is it true that in client 1.12 haste doesn't increase speed of Dots (it doesn't decrease time between clicks of Dots)?
If it's true, then why T1, T2 and so on in Affi version, has Haste?
