Tauren Ethereal Form

Hello, Everyone!
Just found class changes on octowow.st->classes->Shaman.
Besides other known changes, i found a class-specific tauren spell -

★ Ethereal Form
Take greatly reduced physical damage, but you are unable to cast spells for the duration.
"""
However, i couldnt find it in my spell book, at trainer or quest, starting this.
I have updated my client to latest version - nothing (btw, BIG tnx to devs for adding launcher for linux!!)
WDB Folder was also cleared.
So i wonder, if this is an out of date class changes info, or its a bug, or there is some other way to learn this spell.
PS i still have useless totemic slam in my spell book
