Getting Exhaustion challenge on existing toons

I didn't turn on the Exhaustion challenge while creating a toon but now I've changed my mind since the XP is always rested.
I'd like to get it for the lvl 20 toon. Is it possible? It doesn't have any real rewards so it's not a biggie
I already have 'Slow and Steady' and .xpmode turned on.
I'm on pvp server but I like to roleplay and explore all the content with intended character lvl but I really don't want to turn off XP gain completely.
