achievements

Hello. I currently have 19 out of 20 Exalted reputations, including the Bloodsail Buccaneers, the Steamwheedle Cartel, and Ravenholdt. If I reach my 20th Exalted reputation with the Darkmoon Faire, will there be a global (realm-wide) announcement for achieving 20 Exalted reputations, as well as a notification for the specific reputation that grants the "Insane" title (in the current version of the game)?
I’m planning to pull off a specific combination of achievements—just to stroke my own ego in the global chat. I’m not sure if it will work as intended, though; could you tell me if this will trigger three separate notifications? 2,800 quests (will trigger) / 20-25 Exalted reputations (not sure) /Kartel, Bloodsail Buccaneers, Ravenholdt, and Darkmoon Faire (for "The Insane" title) (not sure).
