Temp Suspension

Morning GM, i was temp suspended "Banned, expires in 2026-10-21 15:42".
1. Could you inform me the reason? so i dont get it again.
2. Which time zone are we using for the time "2026-10-21 15:42"

That time zone is UCT.
The ban was for multiboxing past the allotted 2 characters per zone (with exceptions for cities) stated in the rules. I see you having 3 characters in DM at the time of the ban.
Upon review, I don't see any indication of software assisted multiboxing, and your only prior infraction was over a month ago, so I've lifted the ban as time served.
Just be aware, multiboxing with more than 2 characters in the same instance at the same time will likely result in further action, even if you are not using software to control them.

Thank you for giving a clear explanation. Quite different experience from other games.
Would it be too much to ask to lift the temp suspension on the warrior as well?
I'm looking to get some toys.
