Graphic Bug?

Hey guys, I need your help please.
I have the following problem: as soon as I move my camera, zoom in or out, or run in a certain direction with my character, the hills of the terrain 'pop' in and out depending on how I move.
I have tried all settings from minimum to maximum, I have removed various HD patches from the Reforged patch, and I suspect it has something to do with the config.txt file, but I'm not sure.
I also have all the tweaks and important DLLs, the game is up to date, and so is the launcher.
Even if I play the game without the launcher directly via the .exe, the problem persists.

I'm sure I didn't have this before; does anyone know what the solution is here or has a similar problem? I made a video with an example.

Fix: You have to disable the LOD setting in the WoW.
options>video>world appearance>level of detail .
