Name Lost, Requesting Assistance

I deleted a character to reroll with the name I had on my account "Kira" only to receive the message that name is no longer available.

As you can see from the screenshots below, this is my character list and this is what happened when I tried to reroll:




I would really like my name back as this was the name of a dearly departed pet.

Issue is resolved!



I don't know who on the team was able to help me with my issue, but whoever it was I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart! I couldn't reply to the ticket, but please know I was extremely happy to see that character again

I just want to say, as I often do, that I am so thankful for the OctoWoW team for all that they do. In the midst of DDOS and all of the other issues, fixes, patching, etc, someone took the time to help me with this issue (which I can tell was definitely not a priority in the grand scheme of the server) and that simply speaks volumes to the level of care that these people have for our experiences.

Very glad that this is where I chose to spend my time and money.
