Hi! I’m using the ClassicAPI by brues-code (https://github.com/brues-code/ClassicAPI/tree/master). A while back, I came across a script in the documentation named 'C_Loot.LootAllCorpses' (https://github.com/brues-code/ClassicAP ... corpsesmax) that allows to loot every nearby lootable corpse in sequence.
I’ve noticed that using this script sometimes lets me loot trash mobs in raids, even when the raid leader has Loot Master enabled with a threshold set (e.g., only items of green quality or higher are subject to rolling, though I’m not entirely sure if that threshold actually affects how loot is distributed in a raid). I recall seeing a discussion on Reddit suggesting that, even with Loot Master active, some loot is considered "personal" to individual players, allowing them to pick it up themselves. However, it’s not clear whether this is actually true, or if it’s impossible to bypass Loot Master settings - even for gray/white items - and the behavior I’m seeing is actually a server-side issue triggered by the script, although the script’s documentation states "the item sends bypass the client-side BoP/unique confirm dialog (appropriate for a programmatic loot-all), but the server still enforces every real rule — loot rights, distance, master-loot."
Could you clarify whether it is permissible to use this script in raids, and whether the ability to loot items in this manner is considered legitimate or not? Thanks!
