Suggestion: Push raid lockout reset a couple hours later

As it stands, the server currently resets its raid lockouts at 19:00 PST / 22:00 EST / 02:00 Server time / 04:00 CET.
Unfortunately, this reset time is difficult to work with for NA guilds, especially during progression. I totally concede you don't need to do raids on reset day, but with the amount of content that will be out in later phases this becomes difficult to work around pretty quickly.
In NA, the average person gets out of work at about 5pm and needs an hour or so to get home, eat, decompress etc. This means the earliest practical raid start time for someone on the west coast of the US would be 6pm, or 9pm EST, 1 hour from reset due to the three hour time difference. This means in order to recruit across all four NA timezones, doing anything other than a sub 45 minute piece of content on its respective reset day is out of the question unless you raid prohibitively late for most people with a start time of 10pm or later.
I feel if the raid lockout time was pushed back 2 hours it would greatly benefit NA players, and affect very few players negatively. With the 2 hour push, this would allow the ideal 8-9pm EST NA timeslot guilds 3-4 hours to raid on reset night, and keep the reset in the middle of the night/early morning for everyone else. The most extreme example would be somewhere like Brisbane, Australia, which is 14 hours ahead of EST. This would move their reset to noon, a very manageable time even for guilds that raid earlier in the day on weekends.
Please let me know what you think!
